Kick-off

We design an onboarding plan with your firm’s business objectives and existing workflow in mind – whether you are working with multiple fund administrators with existing systems or are a first-time fund.

Data Collection

We provide you with an intuitive template for your data that we ask you to fill out. For more complex data (e.g. cap tables, LPA terms), our Client Solutions team can also take your existing data format to convert it to our data templates. Depending on the scope, onboarding typically takes 4-6 weeks after we receive your completed data.

Data Migration

We migrate your fund cash flow, waterfall, investment and asset information so it’s available on the Quantium platform from day one. Data is reconciled by our Client Solutions team with a four-eye checking process to ensure fund financials, IRRs, portfolio and investor capital accounts match with your existing records for future usage.

Go-Live & Ongoing Support

We schedule a go-live meeting with your team where we walk you through data input and output, as well as suggested workflows for system maintenance and output generation.

Developer Support & API Platform

Quantium has a powerful API platform with full documentation where your developers can integrate your data input and output with other applications. Our development team can perform the integration or provide ongoing support for your in-house development team.
